What do you enjoy about the program?

“I enjoyed how easy the program was. I’m always on the go. I normally leave my house when it’s still dark and get home when it’s dark again. With Eat To Lose, I had no problem eating what I was supposed to eat. And, I also had to eat. There is no such thing as ‘going hungry.'”

How has the weight loss changed your life?

“It has made life easier. Everybody asked me why I was doing this; they told me I looked fine. Now they see me and tell me how good I look, so I’m not sure if they were telling the truth. And although I wasn’t facing any health risks, everything is just easier now. I feel incredible.”

How is Eat To Lose different than other diets?

“This program is tailored to you. It isn’t generic. If you don’t want to lose muscle, you won’t. If you don’t like a certain food, Andi can find a replacement food. As far as being satisfied and not being hungry, Eat To Lose was the easiest thing I’ve tried.”

How has Eat To Lose changed your perspective on food?

“This program showed me how to eat. I knew what I was supposed to do, I just never quite knew how to do it.”

What’s a normal day on the Eat To Lose program?

“I wake up, eat an omelet or some eggs, have my mid-morning snack, and my lunch might be a turkey sandwich and an apple. Then, I will have an afternoon snack, another snack before dinner, and grilled fish or baked chicken for dinner. Occasionally, I will enjoy steak with vegetables.”
