Here is a sweet story for everyone. This young man, Trey has been working with Andi and following the Eat to Lose program. Parents are sometimes skeptical when it comes to “diets” for their kids, but Eat to Lose is a lifestyle change and not a diet.

This program is nutrient dense so it will not stunt growth and is safe for kids. While on this plan, Trey has grown a half inch in height, lost 3 levels of visceral fat, lost 20 pounds, and lost 4 inches (2 sizes) around his waist. His grades are improving with his growing confidence due to the progress he has made.

Trey made an A+ in history, and we think he deserves an A+ for his Eat to Lose progress. Keep working hard Trey! We are proud of your accomplishment.
