Before & after photos of Olivia (updated)

Eleven-Year-Old Olivia wanted to be the best softball player ever!

January 2024 she was struggling with her weight and had a dangerous visceral fat at level 14. Running was extremely difficult during softball.

“The diet changes Mrs. Andi made were hard at first, but I really wanted to make the elite softball team so I stuck with the plan.”, said Olivia.

Visceral fat of 10 or higher can cause a heart attack so Olivia’s mom was concerned about her daughter. In January 2024, Olivia had a visceral fat of 14, but it is only 4 now! After losing 34 pounds from January 2024 until October 1st, 2024, Olivia is on her way to being the best softball player in Louisiana!

“I feel great! HOME RUN!”, says Olivia.
